Booking Information & Rates
(bùng´ge-lo? noun 1) A place for family holidays and all special occasions.

1. BOOKING

Applicants must be 21 years old and above at the time of booking.

Advance booking of up to 6 months for Resort members or spouse members (5 months for non-members) is allowed.

Booking hours are:

(i)	at the Bungalow Reception : From 9am to 7pm (daily).
(ii)	Internet 24 hours daily

Reservations can be made through phone, fax, internet or in person from 9am to 7pm. Only Resort members can confirm a booking through phone or fax. Reservations by non-members are confirmed only upon full payment and $100 deposit within 3 days of reservation. Otherwise, the reservation would automatically lapse.

Bookings must be for a minimum of 2 nights for all periods. Booking is restricted to maximum of 2 bungalows at 4 nights each. Members who exceed this restriction will pay relevant non-member's rate for subsequent units.

2. RENTALS - FEES AND DEPOSIT

a. The bungalow rental fees (subject to prevailing GST) are:

b.	All payment can be made in Singapore currency by cash, NETS or credit card.
c.	For any 'No Show' on check-in date, full bungalow rental fees will be charged to the member's monthly statement of account. Non-members will not receive refund of rental fees which have been pre-paid.
d.	The Resort reserves the right to vary the rental and deposit rates at any time it deems fit.

3. AMENDMENT OF BOOKING

Amendment to bookings can be made provided adequate notice is given.
Minimum notice to be given are as follows:

(i)	at least 14 days notice before arrival date (for peak/super peak/super holiday periods);
(ii)	at least 7 days notice before arrival date (for off-peak period).

10% administrative charge based on the previous booking rate applies for any amendment.

If advice of amendment is not received within the specified time as stated in Clause 3 (a), the amendment shall be treated as last minute cancellation, and shall be subjected to conditions stated under 'Cancellations'.

Applicants may amend their booking at Resort Bungalow Reception or phone between 9am and 7pm daily.

Booking is non-transferable.

4. CANCELLATIONS

Applicants may cancel their bookings at the Resort Bungalow Reception between 9am and 7pm daily or through telephone.

Cancellations are subject to the following charges and conditions:

PEAK / SUPER PEAK / SUPER HOLIDAY PERIODS	Notice given 14 days or less prior to arrival date.	Notice given more than 14 days prior to arrival date.
OFF-PEAK PERIODS	Notice given 7 days or less prior to arrival date.	Notice given more than 7 days prior to arrival date.

The Resort reserves the right to reject any application and to cancel any booking, and shall not be liable for any damages claimed to arise form the rejection or cancellation.

5. NOTES ON KIOSK AND INTERNET BOOKINGS

a.	All rules and regulations pertaining to bungalow booking are applicable to a booking made through the kiosk and Internet. All kiosk and Internet bookings are treated as confirmed bookings.
