1) ASSISTANT OFFICER (HR & TRAINING) 

 

  Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for administration and co-ordination of training programmes 
  • Handle SDF and SRP matters
  • Maintain OJT and Off-Job-Training records for all employees
  • Assist the Executive in co-ordinating Training Needs Analysis and Total Company Training Plan
  • Assist in generating evaluation reports on Training Effectiveness and Training course for Management 
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR matters 

 Requirements: 

  • Minimum Diploma in Training & Development, Human Resource or Hospitality/Tourism related
  • At least 1 year's experience in Training and Development, Human Resource or related field 
  • Independent, analytical and a team player
  • Resourceful with a high degree of professional integrity 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications 
  • Good administration skills, well-organised, dynamic and meticulous with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Experience in hospitality or club is an advantage 

 

2) CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (BOWLING)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle reservations and front office duties  

Requirements: 

  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' level with at least 1 - 2 years' customer service experience  
  • Must be PC-literate  
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills  
  • Must be prepared to perform shift-duties and work on weekends & public holidays
  • Must be able to work late hours
