ASSISTANT OFFICER (HR & TRAINING)
Responsibilities:
-
Responsible for administration and co-ordination of training
programmes
-
Handle SDF and SRP matters
-
Maintain OJT and Off-Job-Training records for all employees
-
Assist the Executive in co-ordinating Training Needs Analysis and
Total Company Training Plan
-
Assist in generating evaluation reports on Training Effectiveness
and Training course for Management
-
Assist in ad-hoc HR matters
Requirements:
-
Minimum Diploma in Training & Development, Human Resource
or Hospitality/Tourism related
-
At
least 1 year's experience in Training and Development, Human
Resource or related field
-
Independent, analytical and a team player
-
Resourceful with a high degree of professional integrity
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
-
Good
administration skills, well-organised, dynamic and meticulous with
excellent communication & interpersonal skills
-
Experience in hospitality or club is an advantage
2)
CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (BOWLING)
Responsibilities:
-
Handle reservations and front office duties
Requirements:
-
Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' level with at least 1 - 2 years' customer
service experience
-
Must
be PC-literate
-
Good
interpersonal and communication skills
-
Must
be prepared to perform shift-duties and work on weekends & public
holidays
-
Must
be able to work late hours
