Eligibility for Corporate Membership
APPLICATION PROCEDURES
1. Your application must be accompanied by the following:
a. Payment of Application Deposit; and
b. A copy of the Certificate of registration of your Company from the Registrar of Companies.
2. The balance of entrance fee is payable when your application is approved.
3. Please cross the cheque/cashier order to "National Service Resort & Country Club". It should also bear the crossing "Account Payee Only", and "Not Negotiable".
4. The deposit will be credited towards the payment of the entrance fee if your application is successful. It will be refunded if your application is unsuccessful.
5. If you decline to accept the offer of membership after notification of approval, the deposit will be forfeited.
6. The deposit will also be forfeited if you fail to complete payment of the relevant entrance fee within two(2) weeks of notification of approval.
7. Please return the completed application form with the deposit payment and relevant
document(s) in a sealed envelope to: National Service Resort & Country Club, 10 Changi Coast Walk, Singapore 499739.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Corporate Life Membership is transferable. Corporate Term Membership is non-transferable.
2. Corporate Membership is open to application from any firm, company or corporation.
3. The Fixed Nominee(s) of a Corporate Member is/are entitled to enjoy the full privileges of an Ordinary Member.
4. The Corporate Membership (Group B & Group D) scheme allows any employee of a Corporate Member to use NSRCC's facilities so long as he/she is in possession of the corporate membership card.
5. Monthly subscription shall commence upon issuance of membership card(s).
6. Only the spouse and/or children between 12 and 21 years old of a Fixed Nominee(s) of a Corporate Member is/are entitled to use all the Club's facilities like the Fixed Nominee(s) subject to the provisions of the Constitution.
7. The Fixed Nominee(s) is/are responsible for the conduct of or any debt or liability incurred by his/her spouse, children and guest(s).
8. A Corporate Member who wishes to change its Fixed Nominee(s) will have to pay the relevant nomination fee per nominee.
9. A Corporate Member (Group A & Group B) may, with the approval of the Club, transfer its membership to any other firm, company or corporation upon
payment of the requisite transfer fee.
10. An annual fee is payable for the Corporate Membership (Group B) scheme.
11. Members of the Corporate Membership (Group A) scheme may convert to the Corporate membership (Group B) scheme by paying the difference in entrance fee and the appropriate annual fee.
12. A Corporate Member can opt for an internal credit account for their Fixed Nominee(s). The internal credit account is not applicable for Flexible Nominee(s). Application form is obtainable from the Finance Department. A refundable deposit of $300/- must accompany the application.
13. Please note that the use of NSRCC's credit facility has a charge limit of up to $2,000/-. An admin fee of 2% of the outstanding amount or $3 per month, whichever is higher will be levied should the account not be settled within 30 days of the first billing. The use of the credit facility will be suspended
until the account has been settled.
14. A Corporate Member is liable for the payment of all monies due on the account(s) of its Fixed Nominee(s) and/or employee(s) with the Club.
15. Members are subject to the provisions of the Constitution, Rules, Regulations and Bye-laws of the Club.
